Qualifications

• Minimum 5 Years progressive experience in energy management, facilities engineering, utility operations, or capital program management.

Responsibilities

• Manage campus potable water, sewer, and wastewater utility services within Purchased Utilities.
• Coordinate with LADWP, LA Sanitation, and regulatory agencies on water quality and backflow prevention.
• Oversee water/sewer budgets, billing, and recharge reconciliation.
• Support water/sewer rate study and metering expansion programs within FM Strategic Plan Stream 3.
