Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners LLC is seeking a Water Resources Operations Supervisor to oversee potable and wastewater system operations across the resort. The role includes daily task supervision, safety program development, permit testing, and payroll management, with the Water System Operator and Wastewater Chief Operator responsibilities.

The position requires a Vermont operator license, several years of experience in water/wastewater operations, and flexibility for seasonal weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree desirable.
• Vermont Wastewater Operator License, Grade 2; Water Operator License, Class 3 in Vermont.
• Experience with water and wastewater treatment operations and basic project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day department operations for potable and wastewater systems.
• Schedule and supervise daily tasks and projects; coordinate with staff.
• Maintain safety training programs and regulatory reporting; ensure permit testing compliance.
• Perform data collection and routine laboratory analysis for permit compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and provide off-hours support when required.
