Reeves Young LLC in Sugar Hill, GA, is seeking a Water Resources Manager to lead field operations. You will supervise and coordinate field employees, subcontractors, and material vendors to expedite project schedules while maintaining accurate daily reports and safety practices.

The role requires reading and interpreting project documents, using Viewpoint Field Work Center and MS Office, and a willingness to learn.

Qualificações

• Must read and understand project documents (drawings, specs, RFIs, subcontracts).
• Willingness to learn MS Outlook/Word/Adobe Reader/Viewpoint Field Work Center.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule.
• Maintain daily detailed progress reporting and paperwork (daily reports, payroll, equipment time, field reports, schedule updates).
• Manage permit and inspection process to ensure timely inspections and corrections of deviations.
• Champion the Reeves Young brand on projects.
• Assemble site-specific safety plans and ensure understanding by the team.
• Provide opportunities for continuing education and career growth.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly safety reporting and enforce training.
