Reeves Young LLC is seeking a senior construction leader in Sugar Hill, GA to manage Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents to deliver outstanding client results.

You will oversee projects from start to finish, train staff, and pursue profitable opportunities while maintaining strong team collaboration and industry relationships. This on-site role focuses on successful delivery and growth within the Reeves Young organization.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience within the Construction Industry.
• Must be able to monitor and understand the overall financial status of a project (subcontract status, vendor status, labor/payroll, tools, equipment, materials, overhead).
• Ability to both manage and be part of a team.
• Ability to develop strong business plans.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents to deliver exceptional client results.
• Oversee construction projects from start to finish while maintaining compliance with requirements.
• Train and develop Project Managers and support the Business Unit Leader.
• Identify, propose, close and manage profitable construction projects.
• Coordinate multiple project teams to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings showing full project status awareness.
• Seek networking opportunities at industry and community events to build opportunities.
