Reeves Young is seeking a full-time Field Manager in Sugar Hill, GA. You will supervise field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and drive progress on complex projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will maintain detailed daily reports, manage site documentation, and assist the project management team to meet budget and milestones across potentially multiple sites. Experience with Water/Waste Water is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Read and understand project documents, drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and owner terms.
• Willingness to learn MS Office tools including Outlook and Word and Viewpoint Field Work Center.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to keep the schedule.
• Maintain daily progress reports, photos, payroll, and field documentation.
• Manage a large, complex project across multiple sites and teams.
• Ensure quality requirements and milestones are met.
• Assist PM team to meet budget, safety, and time objectives.
