Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Project Manager for Watershed practices to lead green infrastructure and watershed planning in the Southeast, including SC, GA, and TN. You will drive project execution, ensure client satisfaction, and mentor team members on complex municipal stormwater projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, budget and schedule oversight, and delivering innovative, cost-effective stormwater solutions for public clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering, landscape architecture, or related discipline.
• PE license, or equivalent licensure/certification preferred.
• Approximately 8+ years of directly applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and motivate the team to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality across the group.
• Assist with proposal writing to obtain new work.
• Develop relationships with municipalities/agencies in SC, Upstate region.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
• Supervise staff and participate in recruitment when needed.
