Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Watershed practices in Greenville, SC, with duties across Marietta, GA and Knoxville, TN. The role focuses on leading, delivering, and mentoring teams on green infrastructure and nature-based solutions, ensuring excellent client service.

The ideal candidate has a Civil/Environmental Engineering background, 8+ years of experience, and a PE license. Proficiency with AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and ArcGIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant project management experience in municipal or environmental contexts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, motivate team members, and foster collaboration.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and quality of projects within the group.
• Prepare proposals to obtain work and secure client engagements.
• Develop relationships with local municipalities and agencies in SC Upstate region.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
• Oversee staff supervision and recruitment when needed.
