Qualifications

ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a discipline lead.
Minimum 2 years in project management or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering Design preferred.
Licensure by the applicable State Board of Technical Professions preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage project scope, cost, and schedule to deliver on time and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop fee proposals and contracts.
Lead project teams and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate risks and progress to clients and project teams; maintain client satisfaction.
