In this role, you will lead water resources and stormwater engineering projects for federal, state, and municipal clients. You will manage projects, mentor junior staff, coordinate project elements, and ensure high-quality deliverables, schedule adherence, client communication, and team development.
The ideal candidate has at least 7 years (preferably 10) of experience with municipal and state stormwater programs, MS4 permits, stormwater design, inspections, monitoring, TMDL planning, and project oversight. Business development and client relationship management experience in the Raleigh or Southeast region, especially with municipal clients and agencies, is preferred. NCDOT experience is a plus.
