Job summary

Garver’s Water Team in Houston is seeking a Water Resources Project Manager/Lead to collaborate with clients and design engineers on federal, state, municipal, and other jurisdiction projects.

Primary duties include performing hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, coordinating with multi‑disciplinary engineers, managing projects, marketing, coordinating subconsultants, scheduling tasks, overseeing plans and cost estimates, and maintaining direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in civil engineering with emphasis in water resources.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• 7+ years of relevant consulting and design experience.
• 2+ years of engineering project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design for municipal and Water clients.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design engineers on projects.
• Manage projects, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate subconsultants and oversee plan production.
• Interact with clients to secure and manage work.
