Responsibilities

• Manage water resources projects including floodplain modeling and mapping studies, municipal water resources, and water/wastewater projects.
• Identify new business opportunities, coordinate project presentations, and promote the firm's capabilities to clients.
• Form project teams and prepare qualifications/experience statements.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors and draft professional service agreements.
• Direct project team and client compliance with contract terms and monitor subcontractors' compliance.
• Prepare work plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor production for schedule, budget, and quality.
• May supervise professionals and staff, manage workload and staffing.
• Monitor and report financial status of projects to technical managers.
• Performs additional duties as required by the supervisor.
