Job summary

Shook Construction seeks an experienced project professional to provide management direction on multiple projects. You will coordinate with subcontractors, mentor Co-Ops, and help manage schedules, costs, and quality in alignment with company policies.

Key responsibilities include site planning, procurement, safety program implementation, and daily coordination. The role reports to the Director of Operations and offers growth within a hands-on construction environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year BS degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and manuals.
• PE Certification and LEED is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages document control processes (RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders).
• Performs daily project coordination.
• Assists in site planning and material management.
• Procurers materials and processes pay applications.
• Oversees start-up, commissioning and project closeout.
• Mentors Co-Ops and coordinates with project team.
