Job summary

Kleinfelder’s Design Services team in Texas seeks a Program Manager to ensure successful execution of client projects for local governments and state agencies. You will lead hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, master planning, and design efforts across stormwater and water resources domains.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management, technical experts, and construction leaders, plus mentoring staff and driving career growth within Kleinfelder’s integrated team.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in public works studies and designs and water resources planning.
Engineering degree (BS/MS) with PE in Texas.
CFM is a plus; strong modelling software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of projects serving local governments and state agencies.
Collaborate with management, technical experts, and construction leaders.
Mentor team members and manage project staff.
Develop stormwater master planning and design solutions.
