Job summary

Kleinfelder Inc. in Texas seeks a Program Manager to lead Public Works/Water Resources projects.

You will collaborate with management, technical experts, and construction leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery serving local governments, the Texas Water Development Board, and the General Land Office. Candidates bring 8+ years in public works and water resources, a Texas PE license, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in public works studies, stream stability, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Texas Professional Engineer license required; CFM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful execution of client projects for local governments, TWDB, and GLO.
• Lead hydrologic and hydraulic modeling efforts and guide staff.
• Develop floodplain and stormwater improvements, including LID/buyouts where applicable.
• Manage teams and coordinate across management, technical experts, and construction leaders.
• Engage with stakeholders and identify opportunities for business growth.
