Qualifications
- 8+ years in public works studies and designs, stream stability and hydrologic analyses.
- MS or BS in Engineering; PE license in Texas; CFM preferred.
- Proficiency in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPA-SWMM, AutoCAD, Civil3D, ArcGIS.
- Ability to mentor team members and lead a design-focused group.
Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of local government water resources projects and programs.
- Lead hydrologic/hydraulic analyses and support master drainage planning.
- Mentor staff and coordinate with management, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with design criteria, regulations, and quality standards.
- Cultivate client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
