Kleinfelder is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to support our Public Works Team in Texas and Oklahoma. The role emphasizes technical leadership, client engagement, and multi-disciplinary project delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's preferred).
- PE license required.
- 7+ years with water and wastewater facilities engineering.
- Strong knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes and hydraulic design.
- Proficient in design and modeling software (AutoCAD, WaterCAD).
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage municipal water/wastewater projects from scoping to delivery.
- Provide technical leadership for project teams of engineers and scientists.
- Develop client relationships and pursue multi-disciplinary opportunities.
- Present at conferences and participate in technical committees.
- Mentor junior staff and grow the team.
