Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Water Resources leader to drive growth of its Indiana practice, leveraging existing client relationships and contracts. You will mentor engineers, guide project delivery, and collaborate with transportation and civil colleagues on municipal infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of consulting engineering experience preferred.
• Strong background in drainage, stormwater management, water distribution, wastewater collection systems, lift stations, and municipal infrastructure.
• INDOT drainage and transportation experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing engineering projects from proposal through construction.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of an established Water Resources practice.
• Mentor engineers and strengthen client relationships.
• Collaborate with transportation, bridge, and civil teams on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Provide executive support to help shape growth of the Indiana practice.
