The role represents Parkhill to clients and partners, leads major projects with technical oversight, and works with marketing and business development to grow the regional Civil Engineering practice while ensuring excellence in delivery and collaboration across Parkhill offices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering.
• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in Texas.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Water Resources.
• Experience with state/regional/public agencies.
• Proven success in practice growth, client development, and business acquisition.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the Central Texas Water Resources practice.
• Serve as Senior Project Manager or Project Principal on major water resources projects, providing technical oversight.
• Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to create and execute a regional business development plan.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Collaborate across office locations to leverage Parkhill\'s collective water resources expertise.
