Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Water Resources and/or water/wastewater treatment.
• Experience working with state and public agencies.
• Proven success in practice growth and client development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dallas-Fort Worth Water Resources practice and build expertise in hydrology and hydraulics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute business development plans.
• Mentor staff and ensure technical excellence.

Skills

Expert level knowledge of environmental regulations

Strong technical expertise in hydrology

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Detailed understanding of engineering project management methods

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering

Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in Texas
