Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 4 years of related mechanical/electronic experience, and licenses or certifications such as CDL Class B and forklift operator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Equivalency acceptable with 3 years education and 6 years related mechanical/electronic work experience.
• 4 years related experience in mechanical/electronic field.
• CDL Class B or ability to obtain within 6 months; forklift certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pumps, motors, fans, chemical feed equipment, and related components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and determine effective solutions.
• Recommend equipment repair, replacement, and upgrades.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Log all work performed and hours.
