Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an enthusiastic undergraduate Intern for Summer 2027 in Fairfax, VA. You will assist with data collection, evaluation, and presentation across EPA, FEMA, and other agencies on water resources projects.

Under supervision, you will help develop documentation, support QC reviews, and prepare analyses and presentation materials. Ideal candidates are pursuing Engineering, Planning, Environmental, or Water Resources studies and are proficient with MS Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Currently enrolled in technical academic program, associates or enrolled in or starting a bachelors program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection, evaluation, and presentation of client, industry, and market data.
• Support development of internal and external facing documentation.
• Support Quality Control reviews and revisions, as needed.
• Prepare analysis, summaries and presentation material based on the above tasks.
