Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. in Toledo, OH is looking for a Water Resources Engineering Intern for Summer 2027. You will support water, wastewater, and industrial designs as part of a project team, communicating with managers and clients and developing skills under experienced guidance.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a chance to work on multiple projects while growing professionally within Arcadis’ design team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering degree.
• Preferred internship experience in a Consulting Engineering firm or Municipal work environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and/or MicroStation CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and design support for water, wastewater, or industrial project designs as part of a team.
• Correspond with project managers, project teams, and clients.
• Grow professionally by solving problems and designing with guidance from the team.
• Work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously and take on new projects regularly.
