Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Water Resources Engineer to join our Remediation team in the New England region, with flexible locations in Chelmsford, MA, Boston, MA, or New York, NY. The role supports stormwater infrastructure projects and environmental remediation across a diverse team of engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological/Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License and must pass AECOM Motor Vehicle screening.
Ability to travel locally, including occasional extended travel.

Responsibilities

Support planning, design, construction, and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure and BMPs.
Perform field work including environmental sampling and data collection.
Prepare construction documents, engineering reports, and basic data and scientific documents.
Support hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality modeling and geospatial evaluations.
Prepare written and graphic reports.
Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and final working drawings under supervision.
