Job summary

AECOM’s Water Business Line is seeking an Entry-Level Engineer to support water resources and wastewater projects across the Northeast, with locations in Boston, Chelmsford, Cape Cod, and more. The role involves design, hydraulic modeling, and drawing production using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Environmental/Construction Management degree, are willing to travel, and possess knowledge of CAD tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) preferred.
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit or MicroStation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Perform assignments using standard techniques to develop judgment and understanding of responsibilities.
Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and visual aids.
Design drawings, plans, sections, details in Civil 3D, AutoCAD MEP, and Revit.
Travel to sites in the northeastern US and offices in the Northeast as needed.
Work under the supervision of a project manager or senior team member.
Water and/or Wastewater treatment evaluation and design.
