EMH&T is seeking a Water Resources Engineer, PE, to join our Water Resources team in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, floodplain studies, and stormwater system design to address flood risk and community resilience.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage project schedules and budgets, and collaborate with regulators and clients to deliver data-driven solutions for public and private sector projects in Central Ohio and beyond.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in water resources engineering, stormwater management, and floodplain management.
• Significant experience with HydroCAD and HEC-RAS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, analysis, design, calculations, and delivery of water resources and stormwater projects.
• Model hydrologic and hydraulic systems for watersheds, streams, and floodplains.
• Prepare flood risk assessments, drainage studies, and flood mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with agencies and contribute to proposals and client communications.
