Job summary

V3 Companies LTD, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, seeks a professional engineer (4+ years) in our Central Ohio office in Westerville to contribute to floodplain and stormwater projects.

You’ll lead engineering tasks for floodplain and floodway studies, drainage design, and hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, with field oversight and design work.

Qualifications

• Passion for stormwater infrastructure and community benefits.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Licensed professional engineer.
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS and Civil3D.
• Team player in office environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering tasks related to floodplain and floodway studies, stormwater management, and drainage design.
• Involvement across the project cycle: watershed analysis, drainage studies, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, sketching, detailed design, and bid documents.
• Conduct field activities during design and construction oversight.
• Support business development through client engagement, proposals, and local strategy.
• Contribute as a member/leader of multidisciplinary teams to improve stormwater infrastructure.
• Build strong industry and community relationships and engage in company culture.
