Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater Team in Santa Claus, IN, Evansville, IN, or Loogootee, IN.

You will design, develop, and implement innovative wastewater solutions, lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and advance our technical capabilities for sustainable communities. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental Engineering, 4+ years of experience, PE license, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Microsoft

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering required.
Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required.
PE license required.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced judgement and analysis to complete complex designs, reports, specs, and contract documents for wastewater collection systems.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases with other disciplines and project management staff.
Monitor progress to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in critical infrastructure.
Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
Provide guidance and technical review for junior staff.
