CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater Team in Santa Claus, Loogootee, or Evansville, IN. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative wastewater solutions, owning complex projects and mentoring junior engineers.

You will collaborate across disciplines, applying advanced analysis to designs, reports, and specifications, with a focus on sustainable communities and public health protection.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required.
• Knowledge of technologies such as oxidation ditches, activated sludge, extended aeration, waste stabilization lagoons, and SBR.
• Knowledge of wastewater design software.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff.
• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in vital infrastructure.
• Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff.

Salary Range

$105,000 - $120,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
