Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field required.
• Master's degree in civil/water resources preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or recognized by state licensing board.
• Experience in water resources engineering and related projects.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for flood risk reduction and stormwater projects.
• Develop and evaluate stormwater systems and hydraulic facilities.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, and planning documents.
• Provide project engineering and task management support, including scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and agencies.
• Present technical data in reports and meetings and ensure QA/QC.
