Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in Phoenix seeks an Engineer in Training to support the Water Resources design team. The role focuses on water-related projects including drainage, potable water, and wastewater systems with mentorship from senior engineers.

Required: BS in Civil/Environmental/Water Resource Engineering, EIT/FE candidacy, 1+ year of relevant experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil3D, Bentley, or GIS tools.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil/Environmental/Water Resource Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• EIT certification (FE exam).
• 1+ year of relevant experience in design calculations and/or technical writing.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D or Bentley products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support field investigations or assessments.
• Perform design engineering calculations and assist in water, wastewater, and stormwater design.
• Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Contribute to project reports and documentation.
• Work under guidance of senior engineers.
