Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking an Engineer in Training to support water resources projects across the Midwest. The role focuses on drainage, potable water, and wastewater infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on learning and professional growth within a fast-paced team environment.

You will assist in design calculations, data collection, and reporting, and contribute to project reports under the guidance of senior engineers.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in civil, environmental, or water resources engineering.
• EIT certification (FE exam) is required.
• 0–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in water infrastructure.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley products is a plus.
• Experience with WaterCAD/SewerCAD/StormCAD or USACE HEC programs is a plus.
• GIS experience is a plus.
• No visa sponsorship available for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Support field investigations or assessments.
• Perform design engineering calculations.
• Assist in the design of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.
• Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in writing and production of project reports.
• Work under mentorship of senior engineers.
