Job summary
Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in Phoenix seeks an Engineer in Training to support the Water Resources design team on water-related projects including drainage, potable water, and wastewater infrastructure. The position emphasizes learning and collaboration in a fast-paced team environment.
The role involves field investigations, design calculations, and data analysis with mentorship from senior engineers.
Qualifications
- BS degree in civil/environmental/water resources engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- EIT certification (FE) completed or in progress.
- 1+ year of related engineering experience preferred.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil3D or MicroStation/InRoads is a plus.
- Experience with WaterCAD/SewerCAD/StormCAD and USACE HEC programs is a plus.
- GIS experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support field investigations or assessments.
- Perform design calculations for water-related projects.
- Assist in design of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.
- Collect, analyze, and report data; contribute to project reports.
- Work under mentorship of senior engineers.
