Kleinfelder Inc. is seeking an entry-level Water Resources Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our San Antonio team. This role provides a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience as they support hydrology and hydraulics projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Candidates must have a passing score on the FE exam, or the ability to pass in the first six months.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness for collaboration in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist project professionals with analysis and design of water resources projects.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality work.
• Track and complete multiple concurrent tasks with attention to detail.
