Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking an experienced Engineer in Training to support the Water Resources design team in our Colorado Springs office. The role focuses on water-related projects, including drainage and flood control, potable water, and sanitary infrastructure, with mentorship from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Environmental/Water Resource Engineering from ABET-accredited college.
• EIT certification (FE exam) required or in progress.
• 2+ years of relevant design or calculations experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil3D or Bentley design tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Water/Stormwater infrastructure and GIS is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support field investigations or assessments.
• Perform design engineering calculations.
• Assist in designing water and stormwater infrastructure.
• Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in writing and production of project reports.
• Work under guidance and mentorship of senior engineers.
