Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking an Engineer in Training to support the Water Resources design team in our Kansas City office. The role focuses on water-related projects, including drainage/flood control, potable water infrastructure, and sanitary/wastewater systems.

We are looking for a self-motivated candidate eager to learn in a fast-paced team environment. Please note this position is not open to new graduates.

Formación

• BS degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Water Resource Engineering (ABET/EAC-accredited). Masters may be considered.
• EIT certification (FE exam) required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in design calculations, plan production, or technical writing.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation is a plus.
• Experience with WaterCAD, SewerCAD, StormCAD, and USACE HEC programs is a plus.
• GIS experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support field investigations or assessments.
• Perform design engineering calculations.
• Assist in the design of various types of water and stormwater infrastructure.
• Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate with the writing and the production of project reports.
• Work under the direct guidance and mentorship of senior engineers.

Educación

BS Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resource Engineering (ABET/EAC-accredited)

EIT Certification (FE exam)
