Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or closely related field; MS preferred.
• PE certification required or in progress.
• 5–10 years in stormwater, drainage design, or hydrologic/hydraulic analysis.
• PennDOT stormwater design and NPDES permitting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microstation or AutoCAD.
