Job summary

Stillpoint AEC is seeking a Civil Engineer with expertise in water resources, stormwater management, and drainage design. The role involves leading hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, developing stormwater models, and delivering engineering reports for public and private clients.

You will collaborate with municipalities and regulatory agencies, mentor junior staff, and contribute to project management and technical leadership within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience in water resources, stormwater, drainage, or H&H analysis in a consulting setting preferred.
• PE licensure is preferred; EIT candidates progressing toward PE licensure will be considered.
• Experience with HEC-RAS/HEC-HMS or similar tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and support water resources and stormwater projects including drainage infrastructure and floodplain management.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and stormwater modeling.
• Develop models to evaluate runoff, conveyance, and drainage performance.
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare drainage reports, stormwater management plans, and technical documentation.
