Job summary

Stillpoint AEC is seeking a Civil Engineer with water resources experience to lead drainage and stormwater projects in a collaborative environment. You will perform H&H analyses, develop models, and prepare technical reports and construction documents.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree; PE licensure is preferred, with EIT candidates considered. Hybrid/onsite opportunities, mentorship, and licensure support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience in water resources, stormwater, drainage or hydrology within a consulting setting preferred.
• PE licensure preferred; EIT candidates considered.
• Proficiency with HEC-RAS/HEC-HMS and GIS-based tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead water resources and stormwater projects including drainage systems and flood studies.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, stormwater modeling, and floodplain evaluations.
• Prepare reports, calculations, plans, specs, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, developers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support regulatory filings, permitting, and project management activities.
