STV, Inc. Water Resources practice in New Jersey seeks a Water Resources Engineer to support stormwater, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, floodplain mapping, and infrastructure resilience projects for public-sector clients.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental/water resources engineering, 4+ years of relevant experience, and a PE license or the ability to obtain one. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, compliance-driven

Qualifications

• Formal education in civil/environmental/water resources engineering.
• 0
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in water resources engineering or related fields.
• PE licensure preferred but not required.
• Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software.
• Experience with stormwater management and floodplain analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for watersheds, drainage systems, streams, rivers, and floodplains.
• Develop, modify, calibrate, and review hydrologic and hydraulic models.
• Perform floodplain studies and mapping analyses for state and local programs.
• Support planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and prepare technical documents.
