Egis US in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Water Resources Engineer (EIT) to join our growing team. You will design and deliver water, wastewater, and stormwater projects, perform hydraulic calculations, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring compliance with local and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• FE exam passed with EIT certification (Indiana reciprocity possible).
• 2–5 years of water resources design, planning, or operations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design & modeling for water distribution, wastewater, and stormwater systems using WaterCAD, HEC-RAS, PCSWMM.
• Prepare PERs, technical specs, design briefs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with jurisdictions and agencies for permits and compliance.
• Review plans and computations for technical accuracy and constructability.
• Support construction submittals, RFIs, and field inspections.
• Develop time-saving design resources and advanced project requirements.
