Job summary

Egis US, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks a Water Resources Engineer (EIT) to join our growing team. This position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to work on water, wastewater, and stormwater projects with senior engineers guiding your development.

Ideal candidates have FE/EIT credentials, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders while delivering high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• FE exam passed or eligible for Indiana reciprocity.
• 2–5 years of water resources design/planning experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative, fast-paced team experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and model water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
• Prepare PERs, specs, design briefs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with agencies for permitting and compliance.
• Assist in project submittals and RFIs.
• Support field inspections and construction help.
