Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver water resources projects including stormwater, drainage, and floodplain initiatives
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning through construction
- Oversee preparation of engineering plans, reports, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., MS4, NPDES)
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple assignments
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and technical staff
- Coordinate with subconsultants, agencies, and internal teams
