Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CAD platforms (such as AutoCAD), and hydraulic modeling software.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to complete tasks.
• Commitment to being an active participant in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to water resources projects including flood risk reduction, levees, dam and spillway rehabilitation, flood control, channel restoration and other hydraulic work.
• Apply design engineering and modeling techniques for federal, state, and local municipalities.
• Produce design calculations, draft technical reports, and perform water resources studies.
• Present data and results to project teams and clients.
