KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Designer in South Carolina to contribute to flood studies, drainage design and 2D hydraulic analyses.

You will prepare drawings for civil, transportation, water resources projects and coordinate with multiple disciplines under supervision of a Professional Engineer. Requirements include at least 2 years of relevant experience, ABET-accredited engineering degree, and proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD or Revit, plus HEC-RAS and ArcGIS.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong Word and Excel skills with good technical writing.
• Good communication and writing; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• EIT certification preferred; ability to obtain PE within two years.

Responsabilidades

• Complete hydrologic and hydraulic studies (floodplain, drainage).
• Design construction drawings for water resources projects.
• Knowledge of MicroStation, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS and ArcGIS required; Civil3D/InRoads/OpenRoads preferred.
• Assist in developing multiple projects under supervision of a PE.
• Coordinate engineering disciplines and drafting/CADD work.
• Prepare progress reports and support proposal preparation.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
