Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our team across multiple SC locations with hybrid/remote options. You will lead planning, design, and coordination of water resources projects, including hydrologic/hydraulic analyses and construction drawings.

You will mentor junior staff and ensure quality deliverables for DOT, municipal, and private clients. Candidates should have a strong background in hydrologic/hydraulic software (HEC-RAS, HY-8, HEC-HMS, SWMM),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry).
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Experience in planning, estimating, scheduling and monitoring engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, design, and construction oversight for DOT, municipal, and private clients in the transportation and civil engineering industry.
• Complete hydrologic and hydraulic computations, reports, and modeling.
• Design and preparation of construction drawings for water resources projects.
• Coordinate design development and assist with technical direction of junior staff.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Mentor and train staff and ensure projects meet ISO standards.
