Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Somerset County, NJ is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join our water/wastewater design team onsite with potential for hybrid later.

You will contribute to hydraulic and process evaluations, detailed design, and construction administration on municipal projects. Ideal candidates have a BS in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, 5+ years of water resources experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering (Master's not required but is a plus).
• PE not required (but is a plus).
• 5+ years of Water Resources Engineering experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Excel, and Project.
• Well organized with strong communication skills (intercompany and with clients).
• Prior experience with municipal water and wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team in the development and delivery of water/wastewater treatment and conveyance projects including hydraulic and process evaluations, detailed design, and construction administration.
• Preparation of reports and findings, design plans and specifications, cost estimates and contract documents.
• Monitor and document project progress.
• Provide support to project bidding.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and participate in client meetings and field visits.
