Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Department Manager for our Water Resources team in Ohio. The role requires a licensed Professional Engineer and leadership experience to oversee department operations, develop strategic plans, and guide project delivery.

The incumbent will lead multi-disciplinary teams, help grow client relationships, and ensure high-quality technical outcomes. The position emphasizes strategic planning, staff development, and driving profitable water resources projects

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• 12+ years of progressive water resources engineering experience is required.
• PE license is required (or through reciprocity).
• Demonstrated effective leadership, delegation, and strategic thinking skills are highly preferred.
• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of business development, proposals, and the design, management and delivery of water resources projects.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for communications and instructions.
