Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a water resources focus.
• PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or equivalent.
• Strong hydrologic and hydraulic modeling background.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of water resources and civil infrastructure projects.
• Manage projects from concept through final design, permitting, and construction support.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and public agencies.
• Collaborate with CAD designers, EITs, and GIS technicians.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.
