Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Water Resources Department Lead to grow and guide our Water Resources team across Southeastern Virginia. This role suits a proven leader who enjoys developing teams, building client relationships, and delivering impactful water resources projects in the region.

You’ll lead the department, manage stormwater, drainage, floodplain, and hydrology projects, mentor engineers, and support business development to expand the team’s presence in Hampton Roads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 10+ years of water resources experience.
• Strong background in stormwater, drainage, hydrology, hydraulics, and permitting.
• Leadership and business development experience.
