Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Resources Coordinator to support water resource projects for federal, state and local agencies. You will contribute to hydraulics/hydrology modeling, data collection, and client presentations in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, proficiency with AutoCAD and hydraulic modeling software, and the ability to work both independently and with a team to deliver design calculations and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience with MS Office, AutoCAD and hydraulic modeling software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a project team.

Responsibilities

• Work under project engineers on design engineering and modeling for water resource projects.
• Focus on hydraulics and hydrology modeling, data collection, and presentations.
• Include flood control, river design, levees and watershed planning.
• Produce design calculations and draft technical reports.
• Perform other duties as needed.
